Corrections come first

Grade-point rules are set by schools, not by a national standard, so disagreements are taken seriously rather than assumed to be errors on either side. If our tables clash with your institution’s published policy — say an A+ capped at 4.0 instead of 4.33, honors credit weighted differently, or an unusual pass mark — send the convention plus where it’s written down (student handbook, school profile, district document). Reports are verified against that source before any scale is touched.

Ideas and requests

If you catch yourself wanting a mode the calculator lacks — grade-replacement planning, custom bump values, importing last semester’s transcript totals — describe it. The feature list is shaped by what students actually request.

Site problems

Broken layouts, accessibility barriers, mobile glitches: name the page and, when a number looks wrong, give the inputs entered and the output expected.

The mail we get most

Some version of “my school weights honors a full point, your calculator says half” arrives regularly. Usually both figures are correct — they just belong to different districts’ policies. Telling us where your rule is published is what lets us document it properly.

Timing

Correction mail is normally answered within days; everything else can take longer. Replies are written by a person — there is no ticket queue and nothing is canned.
